Job Summary

As an early member of the sales team, you will be the driving force behind new business, engaging with enthusiasts and car owners to build a high-performance sales pipeline. Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound outreach to prospective clients interested in maintenance, custom upgrades, and e-commerce products.
- Conduct discovery calls to identify client needs and match them with the shop's specialized services.
- Manage and nurture leads through the sales funnel with a primary focus on hitting high closure rate targets.
- Engage with clients during peak "after-work" hours and weekends to maximize conversion when customers are most available.
- Maintain organized records of all interactions and client data within the CRM.
Requirements
- Foundational automotive knowledge; you must understand the basics of car maintenance and aftermarket modifications.
- Exceptional communication skills with a clear, professional, and persuasive speaking style.
- High level of English proficiency to build trust and rapport with a diverse client base.
- Flexibility to work CST hours, specifically during evenings and weekends when client engagement is at its highest.
- A competitive mindset driven by KPIs, specifically closing ratios.
Nice-to-Haves
- Prior experience with GoHighLevel or similar CRM platforms.
- Experience in objection handling and running discovery calls.
- Background in CRM administration or sales operations.
- Advanced technical knowledge of wraps, PPF, or specific automotive performance parts.
