Hey, thanks for passing by! My name is Viktor, I'm the founder of StillOpen — an aggregator and validator for remote jobs that are… still open.
The idea came out of my own, very real, remote job search. True story, and it goes like this.
I'd recently been laid off and was looking for a new job — using several popular remote job boards, LinkedIn, and a bunch of individual companies' websites. The result: 20+ open tabs in Chrome, expired listings, and a lot of frustration. Eventually I turned to Claude as a last resort. No luck there either: some of the jobs we found weren't actually remote, some had already expired or been filled, some were only open to candidates in certain countries, some looked perfect until I read the description and realized I wasn't eligible, and a few times I just didn't know why — I'd spend two hours on an application only to get rejected days later.
After enough of these exchanges, it hit me: "Claude, did we just find a market gap? Might be worth building something." That's the moment StillOpen was born — a job aggregator that collects listings from different sources, checks them, verifies them, and gives you a reliable list of remote jobs worth applying to.
So when I hand you StillOpen, I'm giving you exactly what I built for myself — it started as a personal tool. I've carefully curated a list of 2000+ companies that genuinely offer fully remote work, and I check their listings continuously so you don't waste two hours on a job that was filled last week. What's next
I'm working on adding a lot more sources, plus new features like alerts, agentic capabilities, advanced AI matching, promoted listings for employers and others. Basic StillOpen features will remain free forever. A "pro" subscription enabling access to advanced features might come at some point. The product is evolving in real time, so we'll grow it together.
