Job Summary
Are you a high-energy sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment? The team is looking for a Mid-Level Sales Development Representative to act as the engine of their insurance agency. In this role, you will leverage a high-volume quote system to connect with warm leads and bridge the gap between initial interest and a closed policy. This is an offshore, remote position that requires elite discipline and a drive to hit daily targets while maintaining a professional demeanor over the phone.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outreach, averaging 300-400 outbound calls per day.
- Engage with warm leads to qualify their needs for Auto and Homeowner insurance.
- Facilitate 10-15 live transfers per day to licensed sales agents.
- Effectively manage lead data and follow-up tasks to ensure no opportunity is missed.
- Maintain a consistent, high-performance output during strict CST business hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM).
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) or in a similar cold-calling role.
- Proven ability to handle high-rejection environments with resilience and professionalism.
- Exceptional verbal communication skills and a confident phone presence.
- Ability to work strictly within the CST timezone (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM).
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional remote workspace.
- Experience with Insurance industry
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience in lead sourcing and lead qualification
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Native or bilingual English fluency.
