Job Summary
Are you a car enthusiast with a passion for sales? This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing automotive startup specializing in performance upgrades, premium maintenance, custom wraps, and e-commerce. As a Junior SDR, you will be the face of the brand, helping car owners transform their vehicles. We are looking for a hungry, high-energy individual who understands automotive culture and wants to grow their career in a high-impact sales environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound outreach to prospective clients interested in car upgrades, maintenance, and styling services.
- Engage with customers across multiple platforms, including the e-commerce store and direct inquiries.
- Perform high-quality discovery calls to identify client needs and vehicle goals.
- Maintain the CRM pipeline to ensure no lead falls through the cracks.
- Facilitate the sales process with a focus on high closure rates.
- Work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, to connect with clients when they are most available.
Requirements
- Strong foundational knowledge of cars, performance parts, and automotive maintenance.
- Native-level English proficiency with excellent communication skills.
- Availability to work in CST hours with flexibility for after-work hours and weekends.
- High level of coachability and a desire to master the art of sales.
- A proactive, "hunter" mentality focused on hitting performance targets.
Nice-to-Haves
- Previous experience with GoHighLevel or similar CRM platforms.
- Experience in objection handling and closing deals.
- Prior experience in automotive sales or specialized shop services.
- Background in CRM administration and sales workflow optimization.
