The listing

Tiger Analytics is an advanced analytics consulting firm. We are the trusted analytics partner for several Fortune 100 companies, enabling them to generate business value from data. Our consultants bring deep expertise in Data Science, Machine Learning, and AI. Our business value and leadership have been recognized by various market research firms, including Forrester and Gartner.

We are looking for a seasoned analytics leader to drive advanced data science initiatives within the commercial pharma space. This role will focus on building and scaling Next Best Action (NBA) frameworks and omnichannel engagement strategies to enable personalized HCP and patient journeys, improve commercial effectiveness, and drive business impact.

Responsibilities

Pharma Media Analytics & Optimization

  • Lead pharmaceutical media analytics and performance measurement across HCP and patient audiences, spanning paid media, programmatic, search, social, video/OLV, CTV, endemic publishers, point-of-care, email/CRM, and web.
  • Own in-flight campaign analytics, performance monitoring, and optimization recommendations, translating media and customer engagement signals into clear actions for Brand and Media teams.
  • Develop standardized media KPI frameworks, QBRs, executive readouts, and performance narratives connecting media delivery and engagement to downstream customer and business outcomes.
  • Lead cross-channel measurement across paid, owned, earned, field, CRM/email, and web analytics to provide an integrated view of the HCP and patient journey.
  • Analyze media performance across audience quality, reach, frequency, impressions, engagement, site visitation, conversion, cost efficiency, and downstream business impact.
  • Partner closely with Brand, Media, Agencies, Commercial Analytics, Decision Sciences, and offshore analytics teams to translate insights into next actions and optimization roadmaps.
  • Evaluate HCP and patient audience strategies, including segmentation, targeting, suppression, lookalike modeling, audience overlap, and media exposure effectiveness.
  • Partner with media agencies and publishers to establish appropriate measurement plans, data feeds, taxonomy, tagging, and campaign-level reporting requirements.
  • Connect media exposure and engagement data with claims, CRM, customer master, sales, patient services, and other commercial datasets, where privacy and data availability permit, to understand downstream impact.
  • Apply advanced measurement approaches including test/control, incrementality, attribution, marketing mix modeling, audience quality analysis, and cross-channel journey analytics.
  • Establish measurement standards for pre-campaign planning → in-flight optimization → post-campaign effectiveness → learning agenda, creating a continuous test-and-learn cycle.
  • Champion AI-enabled media analytics, including automated insight generation, anomaly detection, predictive optimization, audience modeling, and next-best-action recommendations.

Requirements

    • 10–15+ years of experience across Commercial Analytics, Omnichannel Analytics, Pharma Media Analytics, Digital Analytics, Marketing Science, or strategic consulting, preferably within pharmaceutical/biotechnology organizations or pharma-focused agencies.
    • Significant experience in agency-side pharmaceutical media analytics or measurement is highly desirable; backgrounds from organizations such as CMI Media Group, Epsilon, or comparable healthcare media/analytics agencies are particularly relevant.
    • Demonstrated experience supporting pharmaceutical HCP and DTC media measurement, including the ability to work within privacy, consent, data-use, and regulatory constraints.
    • Proven experience delivering in-flight analytics and optimization recommendations, not solely retrospective campaign reporting.
    • Experience developing KPI frameworks, campaign measurement plans, executive/QBR readouts, and performance narratives for senior Brand and Commercial stakeholders.
    • Demonstrated experience integrating and analyzing media exposure, CRM, web, customer, claims, sales, and patient-level datasets to understand customer journeys and commercial impact.
    • Experience working directly with Brand teams, media agencies, publishers, analytics partners, and offshore delivery teams.
    • Strong understanding of advanced media measurement methodologies including attribution, incrementality, test/control, MMM, audience analytics, segmentation, and optimization.
    • Proven experience transforming analytics from static reporting into business-facing, self-service, AI-enabled decision support.

Additional Required Qualifications

    • Deep understanding of the pharmaceutical media ecosystem across HCP and DTC audiences, including endemic and non-endemic media.
    • Hands-on knowledge of media and digital analytics platforms such as Google Analytics/GA4, Adobe Analytics, Google Ads, Meta, programmatic/DSP platforms, campaign/ad-server data, and BI/reporting platforms.
    • Familiarity with healthcare media and data ecosystems such as IQVIA, Crossix/Veeva Crossix, claims-based measurement, HCP identity/data, and other privacy-safe media measurement approaches strongly preferred.
    • Strong understanding of media taxonomy, campaign tagging, audience definition, exposure measurement, cross-channel measurement, and KPI governance.
    • Ability to move beyond reporting metrics such as impressions and clicks and connect media activity to audience quality, customer behavior, engagement, conversion, prescribing/patient outcomes where appropriate, and business impact.
    • Ability to turn complex media and customer analytics into concise executive-ready storytelling, optimization recommendations, and investment decisions.
    • Strong agency and stakeholder-management capabilities, with the ability to challenge media partners constructively and ensure measurement rigor.
