The role offers significant flexibility and autonomy, making it ideal for clinicians looking to supplement an existing practice or build additional caseload capacity. You’ll focus on patient care while a dedicated administrative team supports billing, credentialing, scheduling, and other operational needs.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide individual and/or group therapy using evidence-based approaches.
  • Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Manage an assigned patient caseload and take ownership of ongoing treatment plans.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in the electronic medical record, with documentation completed within 48 hours.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as clinically appropriate.
  • Provide compassionate, patient-centered care through a telehealth setting.
  • Collaborate with other mental health professionals through case consultations and team meetings.
  • Stay current with research, clinical practices, and developments in women’s mental health.
  • Maintain professional, ethical, and regulatory standards in all aspects of patient care.

Requirements

  • Active and unrestricted license as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or LMHC in good standing.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience providing psychotherapy or clinical mental health care.
  • Experience providing outpatient therapy is required.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Experience working with women’s mental health, particularly perinatal, postpartum, reproductive, or transitional mental health, is strongly preferred.
  • Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable providing care independently in a remote/telehealth environment.
  • Proficiency with telehealth platforms and electronic medical record systems is preferred.
  • Strong commitment to patient-centered, compassionate, and culturally sensitive care.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Training or experience in trauma-informed care, CBT, DBT, or other evidence-based modalities.
  • Previous telehealth experience.
  • Specialized training or continuing education in women’s mental health.
  • Experience treating anxiety, depression, trauma, postpartum mental health concerns, or other women's mental health conditions.

What We Offer

  • Fully remote telehealth opportunity
  • Flexible, autonomous scheduling
  • Minimum commitment of 10 hours per week
  • Opportunity to supplement an existing practice
  • Administrative support for billing, credentialing, scheduling, and IT
  • Collaborative clinical environment
  • Professional development and continuing education opportunities
  • Focus on patient care without the burden of extensive administrative tasks
