About the Role
We're hiring an Operations & Project Associate to manage operational tasks independently, coordinate projects, and keep workflows running smoothly. This is a 100% remote, full-time position ideal for someone comfortable handling moderately complex processes, making sound decisions on the go, and adapting when not everything is fully documented.
Key Responsibilities
- Document and improve existing processes, identifying gaps and maintaining accurate, up-to-date records
- Manage and structure file organization in Google Drive, including building and maintaining folder systems
- Perform data entry and generate internal reports, flagging inconsistencies and suggesting corrections as needed
- Manage email communication with clients and vendors, drafting responses and following up independently
- Conduct research and synthesize findings into clear, actionable documents or summaries
- Coordinate and track project tasks across teams, helping to prioritize deadlines and keep stakeholders aligned across multiple workstreams
- Other related tasks as needed
Requirements
- Fluent in English (C1/C2) and Spanish
- 3–4 years of experience in operations, project coordination, or a related role
- Ability to follow structured processes and execute repetitive tasks with consistency and accuracy
- Experience with Asana, Notion, Trello, or similar project management tools is a plus
- Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and attention to detail
- Quiet home office with stable internet (≥10 Mbps download / 2 Mbps upload) and backup connection
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred
