As our Director of Business – Digital Systems, you won’t just manage software—you will build, scale, and commercialize an enterprise-grade digital portfolio spanning CAD/CAM, additive manufacturing, MES, machine connectivity, cybersecurity, and AI/ML/AR/VR within our Federal space. You will transform our internal operations into a living showcase of digital factory excellence, while leading strategic partner networks across Military/DoD ecosystems to drive profitable, recurring revenue streams.
This is a rare call for a visionary business builder, strategist, and people multiplier who lives to turn complex emerging tech into measurable customer success. You will inspire and grow a high-performing team of Partners, lead go-to-market strategies, and engage directly with manufacturing leaders on the shop floor to architect integrated, world-class digital transformations. Compensation at Phillips is based on the market and your individual level of contribution. The expected pay range for a qualified person in this role is between $140,000.00 and $180,000.00 annually plus commission and bonus opportunities. Requirements
- 5+ years related experience in a leadership role working with digital systems in the manufacturing industry.
- Digital Manufacturing Systems: Advanced proficiency with CAD/CAM, MES, additive manufacturing software, machine-data/IIoT platforms, and related manufacturing technologies.
- Data, AI & Cybersecurity: Strong working knowledge of data analytics/visualization, AI/ML applications, industrial networking, and cybersecurity technologies supporting connected manufacturing environments.
- Business & Productivity Platforms: Advanced proficiency with CRM/ERP systems and Microsoft 365 tools, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and business intelligence/reporting platforms.
- Due to the nature of the work and customer requirements, you must be a US born citizen to be considered
