About Us
HarZa is a fast-growing operator of direct-to-consumer brands in health and wellness. Our flagship brand, Rejuvacare, serves over 400,000 customers who trust us with their health, and we are now launching and scaling new portfolio brands. The company has scaled 12x in a single year to over 150 people across 15+ countries. We are remote-first, async-first, and hold a high standard of accountability across everything we do. Paid media is our growth engine, and creative volume is what makes it scale.
The Role
You will be the editing engine of a performance pod: a small team built around a creative strategist, a media buyer, and a copywriter, shipping direct-response ads for claims-led health and wellness brands. This is not a brand content role and not an organic social role. Every asset you cut exists to convert on paid traffic, and your work is measured by how it performs, not only by how it looks.
The creative challenge is specific: our products solve problems (chronic pain, mobility, wellbeing) whose results are not visually obvious. Your edits build belief through mechanism explanation, testimonials, UGC structures, advertorials, and VSL-style long form, always with awareness that we operate in a compliance-sensitive category. You will produce both short-form ads (15 to 60 seconds) and long-form direct-response formats (2 to 6 minutes), and a large part of your week is iterating winners: new hooks, new openings, cutdowns, and format variations of ads that are already scaling.
This is a high-volume seat and we say so openly. The target output is at least one long-form ad of around 5 minutes plus 2 to 3 short-form videos per working day, which comes to roughly 15 to 20 delivered assets per week including iterations. If that rhythm sounds extreme, this is not the right role. If it sounds like the environment you already work in, we should talk.
What You Will Own
Direct-response editing at volume. Editing short-form and long-form paid ads from strategist scripts and briefs, shipping platform-native formats for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube, and sustaining the daily delivery target of one long-form plus 2 to 3 short-form videos without sacrificing the craft details that drive performance: hooks, pacing, captions, sound design, and pattern interrupts.
Winner iteration and creative testing. Producing hook variations, cutdowns, re-orders, and format swaps of winning ads as a first-class deliverable. Feeding the testing loop the pod runs every week and turning performance feedback into the next round of edits quickly.
Claims-led storytelling. Building belief for outcomes the viewer cannot see: visualizing mechanisms, structuring testimonial and UGC narratives, editing advertorial and VSL long form that holds attention for minutes, and handling claims with compliance awareness.
Pod collaboration and documentation. Working async-first inside the pod with your strategist and media buyer, keeping Asana as the single source of truth for briefs, versions, and delivery status, and turning feedback into revised cuts without friction or ego.
Requirements
Proven experience editing paid direct-response ads for DTC or ecommerce brands, where your videos ran on real media budgets and you saw the numbers. Fluency in both short-form ad formats and long-form DR (VSLs, advertorials, 2+ minute belief-building videos). A demonstrated high-volume rhythm: you have sustained daily ad output in a testing environment, not one polished piece per week. Working knowledge of the metrics that judge your work (hook rate, hold rate, CTR, CPA or ROAS) and a track record of letting data change your edits. Experience in health, wellness, supplements, or other claims-sensitive verticals is a strong plus. Full professional proficiency with a modern editing stack, reliable remote setup, and the self-management to thrive in an async-first, output-measured company.
