Opportunity:
Reporting to the Director of Global Sales Operations, the Senior Sales Operations Analyst plays a pivotal role in accelerating revenue growth across all product lines and regions — with an initial focus on our largest and most strategic market, North America.
This is a high-visibility position at the center of our sales organization, requiring a sharp analytical mind, a collaborative spirit, and the ability to turn data into decisions. The successful candidate will serve as the subject matter expert for Salesforce, partnering cross-functionally to build out new features and functionality while elevating our operational reporting and data analysis capabilities.
This is more than an analytics position — it's an opportunity to shape how our sales organization operates and scales. If you thrive at the intersection of data, strategy, and people, and you're looking for a role where your work will have real, measurable impact, we'd love to hear from you.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Lead the development and continuous improvement of commission/sales reporting, dashboards, and analytics that inform strategic decision-making at all levels of the organization
· Own the Salesforce CRM roadmap for the Sales team, driving adoption, data integrity, and the rollout of new tools and capabilities
· Identify trends, surface insights, and deliver clear, compelling narratives around the numbers — always asking "why" behind the data
· Influence, align, and motivate cross-functional teams to streamline operations and maximize commercial performance
· Serve as a trusted partner and communication bridge across departments, from frontline sales to executive leadership
Experience and Qualifications:
· A degree in Data Management, Finance, or a related business discipline
· 3–5 years of experience in a global sales operations’ environment a plus
· Advanced proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM software systems and a strong command of data analysis tools (excel, tableau, python)
· A genuine curiosity for what drives business performance — and storytelling skills to make it actionable
· Proven ability to manage competing priorities, lead without authority, and deliver results in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
