About the Company

Paleovalley and Wild Pastures were born from a simple but radical idea: real food can heal — people, animals, and the planet. When Paleovalley co-founders Autumn and Chas Smith saw how industrialized food was affecting human health and the health of the land, they refused to play along. Autumn’s own journey of healing through nutrient-dense foods lit a fire that became Paleovalley. From there, the mission grew roots, sprouted wings, and eventually expanded into Wild Pastures to bring regeneratively raised meats directly to families nationwide.

Today, Paleovalley crafts deeply nourishing snacks and supplements made with organic ingredients and honorable sourcing. Wild Pastures connects small American farmers practicing regenerative agriculture with customers who believe better food is worth fighting for. Every product, every partnership, and every decision is guided by a commitment to real ingredients, regenerative practices, and the belief that health is built from the soil up.

We’re a team of grounded doers, curious thinkers, bold builders, and warm humans who like to laugh while doing meaningful work. We're growing quickly, fueled by purpose and a shared desire to repair the food system one thoughtful choice at a time. If you feel energized by impact, drawn to mission, and ready to join a company rewriting the future of food, we’d love to meet you!

About the Opportunity

As our Operations Systems Analyst, you will keep day-to-day ERP, WMS, and connected workflows accurate, documented, and moving. You will support users, maintain approved configuration and master data, reconcile transactions, investigate exceptions, and complete controlled corrections across Acumatica, Logiwa, and other integrated applications. You will independently manage recurring work and moderately complex issues, escalating high-risk or recurring patterns with clear evidence. By absorbing repeatable execution and frontline support, you will create capacity for larger systems and process improvements.

What You’ll Do

Systems Operations & Configuration

  • Maintain approved ERP/WMS configuration and master data, including products, vendors, locations, users, and order types.
  • Execute controlled imports, bulk updates, reports, notifications, and other recurring system administration.
  • Provide backup coverage across Acumatica, Logiwa, and connected systems; support testing and release validation.

Transaction Integrity & Exception Support

  • Reconcile inventory and transactions across systems, reports, and warehouse records.
  • Investigate order, receipt, transfer, shipment, label, carrier, billing, and inventory exceptions.
  • Complete controlled corrections and confirm they do not create downstream inventory, financial, customer, or integration issues.

User Support & Documentation

  • Provide first-line support and identify whether issues stem from systems, configuration, master data, integrations, or process execution.
  • Maintain Logiwa reports, SOPs, troubleshooting guides, training materials, and system records.
  • Reinforce approved workflows and Acumatica source-of-truth expectations through clear, patient user support.

Shared Accountability

  • Monitor exception queues, document evidence, and escalate high-risk or recurring patterns to the Operations Systems Lead.
  • Perform controlled corrections without becoming the permanent cleanup owner; functional teams remain accountable for accurate, timely execution.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

  • 2+ years of experience supporting ERP, WMS, inventory, supply chain, manufacturing, retail, ecommerce, distribution, or other integrated operational systems
  • Solid understanding of inventory movement across purchasing, receiving, quality release, transfers, fulfillment, shipping, adjustments, and returns
  • Strong analytical skills, including tracing transactions across systems and separating symptoms from underlying causes
  • Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail when handling configuration, imports, reconciliations, and corrections
  • Ability to independently manage recurring work and moderately complex issues while knowing when to escalate risk or ambiguity
  • Experience creating reports, SOPs, job aids, or system documentation that others can reliably use
  • Clear, patient communication with technical and nontechnical users, plus the ability to learn new platforms quickly
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Operations, Supply Chain, Business Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experienc

Bonus Points

  • Experience with Acumatica and/or Logiwa
  • Experience in retail, ecommerce, food, process manufacturing, warehouse, distribution, or 3PL operations
  • Experience with master data, imports, reconciliations, report building, user testing, or post-launch stabilization
  • Familiarity with carrier, marketplace, EDI, API, middleware, or third-party fulfillment integrations
  • Experience training users on new or recently implemented operational workflows

Our Commitment to You

  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage with 100% employer-paid dental/vision and a small monthly medical premium for employees; dependents may be added at employee cost
  • Generous Paid time off to support balance and rest
