The listing
We are looking for a Junior Media Buyer to join our performance marketing team.
You will work closely with Senior Media Buyers, support paid acquisition campaigns, learn performance marketing processes, and gradually take ownership of traffic sources and campaign optimization.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow into performance marketing and media buying in a fast-paced digital environment.
Responsibilities
- Upload creatives into advertising campaigns and configure them following team guidelines.
- Prepare standard campaign reports (CPM, CPC, CTR, CPA).
- Organize and maintain creative files, reports, and media plans.
- Keep Google Sheets / Excel documents accurate and updated.
- Export reports from advertising platforms and share them with the team.
- Support campaign testing and optimization processes.
- Participate in testing marketing hypotheses and advertising creatives.
- Assist with analytical, operational, and creative marketing tasks.
Requirements
