Role Title: Generalist (AI Training Specialist)

Location: Remote
We are looking for detail-oriented and intellectually curious Generalists to contribute to the development and improvement of next-generation AI systems. In this role, you will apply your critical thinking, analytical abilities, and communication skills to evaluate information, review outputs, and provide high-quality input across a variety of topics.
Prior experience in artificial intelligence is not required. This opportunity is well suited for individuals who demonstrate strong reasoning abilities, attention to detail, adaptability, and a commitment to delivering accurate and high-quality work.
You will work in a remote, digital-first environment and collaborate on projects that require thoughtful analysis, clear communication, and the ability to approach problems from multiple perspectives.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze, evaluate, and review diverse datasets to support AI system training and validation.
- Provide clear, accurate, and high-quality written input based on project requirements and guidelines.
- Review and assess AI-generated outputs for relevance, accuracy, consistency, and overall quality.
- Identify areas for improvement and provide constructive feedback to enhance model performance.
- Participate in tasks involving critical thinking, problem-solving, and analysis across a broad range of subjects.
- Follow established project guidelines, processes, and quality standards to ensure consistent deliverables.
- Contribute to quality assurance and review processes by maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Communicate observations, findings, and insights clearly through written and verbal channels.
- Work independently while effectively collaborating with remote teams when required.
- Manage assigned tasks efficiently and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in data annotation, data labeling, content evaluation, quality assurance, research, or similar analytical work is an advantage.
- Experience reviewing written content or evaluating information for accuracy and quality.
- Familiarity with digital collaboration tools and remote working environments.
- Exposure to AI-related projects or technologies is beneficial but not mandatory.
