About the role
We're looking for a Sr. Salesforce Systems Administrator to shape the systems that power our go-to-market engine. You'll own the architecture, security, integrations, and performance of our Salesforce ecosystem while partnering with leaders across Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Revenue Operations.
This is more than system administration. You'll build scalable workflows, modernize our AI-enabled revenue technology stack, and help create a trusted data foundation that allows our business to move faster and make better decisions.
What you'll do
- Own the architecture, administration, governance, and performance of our Salesforce environment supporting 250+ users.
- Design scalable Salesforce solutions that improve revenue operations, forecasting, approvals, and customer lifecycle workflows.
- Lead security administration, user management, SSO, MFA, permissions, and compliance initiatives.
- Build and optimize Salesforce Flows, validation rules, automation, and system configurations.
- Own our DealHub CPQ platform and continuously improve quote-to-cash workflows.
- Design, maintain, and troubleshoot integrations across our GTM technology ecosystem including HubSpot, Gong, Accord, Gainsight, BigQuery, Fivetran, and future platforms.
- Evaluate, deploy, and optimize AI-powered workflows using Model Context Protocol (MCP) connectors and modern automation technologies.
- Maintain exceptional data quality through governance frameworks, validation strategies, audits, and proactive monitoring.
- Build dashboards and reporting that provide executive visibility into pipeline, ARR, forecasting, and operational performance.
- Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, RevOps, and IT to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
- Lead release management, platform enhancements, documentation, training, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Identify opportunities where AI agents can automate repetitive operational work while maintaining governance and quality.
What you bring
- 5+ years administering Salesforce in a SaaS Revenue Operations or GTM environment.
- Deep expertise configuring Salesforce, security models, automation, and platform governance.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ, DealHub, or another enterprise quote-to-cash platform.
- Strong experience designing and supporting REST APIs, webhooks, and enterprise integrations.
- Experience building scalable data governance, validation, and reporting frameworks.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce Flows, Apex fundamentals, validation rules, and platform architecture.
- Experience supporting executive stakeholders with operational reporting and strategic initiatives.
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for business stakeholders.
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to prioritize, execute, and continuously improve systems.
- AI fluency—including orchestrating AI assistants, evaluating AI workflows, designing effective prompts, and identifying automation opportunities while maintaining governance and human oversight.
