Are you an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is passionate about mentoring clinicians, improving quality, and creating lasting systems that support exceptional client outcomes?

At Finni Health- New Mexico, we're looking for a Quality Assurance Manager to partner with our New Mexico leadership team in strengthening clinical quality across our organization. This is a unique opportunity to step away from managing a large caseload and instead focus on coaching, quality improvement, and developing the systems that help our clinicians thrive.

If you enjoy mentoring others, solving complex clinical challenges, and integrating Acceptance and Commitment Training (ACT) into supervision and leadership, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

⭐ Elevate Clinical Quality

  • Conduct comprehensive case audits to evaluate treatment planning, supervision, and client progress.

  • Partner one-on-one with BCBAs to provide coaching on clinical quality, documentation, and case conceptualization.

  • Serve as a trusted clinical resource for supervisors and BCBAs navigating complex cases.

  • Support professional growth through individualized coaching and values-based leadership.

⭐ Build Quality Systems

  • Design and improve quality assurance processes that create measurable, lasting improvements.

  • Develop systems to track, monitor, and resolve quality findings in collaboration with clinical leadership.

  • Transform audit findings into actionable improvements that strengthen client outcomes.

⭐ Lead Training & Development

  • Develop and present quarterly CEU trainings for BCBAs.

  • Create educational content based on quality trends, BACB requirements, clinician feedback, and industry best practices.

  • Support continuous learning and professional development across the clinical team.

⭐ Champion ACT-Based Leadership

  • Integrate Acceptance and Commitment Training (ACT) into supervision, coaching, and clinical consultation.

  • Model ACT-informed conversations that promote resilience, psychological flexibility, and values-based decision-making.

  • Help clinicians apply ACT principles in both client care and professional growth.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

  • Active BCBA certification in good standing.

  • 5+ years of clinical ABA experience.

  • Strong background in supervision, mentorship, and clinical quality improvement.

  • Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills.

  • Passion for building systems that improve both clinician performance and client outcomes.

  • Experience or strong interest in Acceptance and Commitment Training (ACT).
