The Senior Financial Data Analyst has the responsibility of leading engagements and supporting the respective growth in our technology and consulting solution, Kodiak Automated Reconciliation for Healthcare, to include supporting Kodiak Automated Reconciliation for Healthcare Implementation and leading Parallel Services, Front-end Reconciliation Consulting, and Remote Assistance Consulting engagements.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities may include the following. Other duties may also be assigned.
• Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, and data visualization tools to support business decisions
• Perform detailed variance analysis and provide accurate financial forecasts
• Prepare and deliver financial reports and key performance metrics for executive leadership
• Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and offer actionable insights
• Support annual budgeting processes and long-term financial planning
• Ensure accuracy, integrity, and consistency of financial data across systems and reporting platforms
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial analysis with organizational objectives
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- 5+ years of experience in financial data analysis, including 2–3 years of accounting experience with familiarity in general accounting, treasury, and reconciliation reporting concepts
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including experience working with large, complex data sets, advanced formula writing (e.g., VLOOKUP, INDEXMATCH), and large data file manipulation
- Demonstrated experience providing customers with project updates, including managing open items and addressing barriers
- Proven ability to apply services to dynamic situations; excellent attention to detail with strong organizational and time-management skills while operating in a team-oriented environment
- Travel required up to 20%
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States. This position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship now or in the future.
