Job Overview:
Lead discovery, current-state assessment and target-state solution architecture across Informatica, SAP ECC, MDM, PLM and the broader enterprise integration ecosystem. The role includes workshop leadership and close collaboration with Informatica as a strategic technology partner.
Key Responsibilities
Key responsibilities
- Assess current MDM and integration landscape across Informatica, SAP ECC, future SAP S/4HANA, middleware, PLM and consuming systems.
- Document applications, data flows, interfaces, ownership, dependencies, criticality and operational controls.
- Assess batch, near-real-time, API-led, event-driven, file-based, message-based and point-to-point integration patterns.
- Review master-data domain models, sources, match-and-merge, survivorship, trust, hierarchies, validations, workflows and distribution.
- Assess product and material processes including hierarchies, units of measure, classifications, plant extensions, MRP attributes, statuses, recipes, formulations, BOMs and product structures.
- Define target-state architecture, canonical data model and reusable services for creation, enrichment, approval, publication, extension, change and retirement.
- Design controls for sequencing, idempotency, duplicate prevention, validation, acknowledgement, retry, replay and reconciliation.
- Validate product capability, licensing assumptions, constraints, roadmap and implementation options with Informatica.
- Ensure the design supports future SAP S/4HANA, cloud, analytics, AI and regional transformation initiatives.
- Facilitate discovery and architecture workshops and develop a credible implementation roadmap.

Required Qualifications
Mandatory experience and skills
- Senior Informatica MDM and enterprise integration architecture experience.
- Strong SAP ECC integration and master-data knowledge.
- Ability to assess complex landscapes and define pragmatic target-state solutions.
- Hands-on understanding of API, event, batch, CDC, messaging and file-based patterns.
- Strong consulting, workshop facilitation and client-facing communication skills.
Preferred / advantageous experience
- SAP S/4HANA, PLM and Consumer Packaged Goods experience.
- Experience working directly with Informatica product or partner teams.
- Previous discovery-to-RFP or architecture-led transformation experience.
