We invite an Intermediate Test Engineer to join our Manual QA team. You’ll contribute to the quality of a leading Point of Sale (POS) platform used by retail and restaurant businesses worldwide. You'll work closely with colleagues and stakeholders across the US and Europe to test and validate the reliability, stability, and usability of complex software and hardware solutions.

✅ Is that you?
- 3+ years of experience in software testing focused on manual testing
- Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and SDLC/STLC
- Hands-on experience testing web applications
- Practical experience with REST API testing using Postman or similar tools
- Experience creating, executing, and maintaining test cases and documentation
- Strong understanding of defect management, bug life cycle, and bug types
- Hands-on experience with Jira
- Intermediate+ English level for daily communication with global teams and stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Team-oriented mindset and experience working closely with in-office, cross-functional teams
Desirable:
- Experience testing mobile applications (Android/iOS)
- Experience testing POS systems and hardware peripherals
- Experience in the restaurant, hospitality, or POS industry
- Understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Kanban
🧩Key responsibilities and your contribution
In this role, you'll contribute to the quality and reliability of our POS solutions through hands-on manual testing and close collaboration with global teams and stakeholders.
- Execute manual testing of POS applications across web, Windows, Android, and iOS platforms
- Perform REST API testing and validate system integrations
- Verify new features, enhancements, and bug fixes to ensure reliable performance
- Identify, document, and track defects, working closely with developers to ensure timely resolution
- Create, maintain, and update test cases, test plans, and other QA documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support quality throughout the entire SDLC
