Our client is a remote-first communications technology company headquartered in the United States, focused on building consumer-facing mobile communication products used by millions of people worldwide.

We are looking for a Marketing, Growth & Social Designer to support Marketing, Growth, and Social teams by creating high-quality static and motion creative across digital channels and consumer-facing mobile products.

This role combines strong visual design, motion, digital marketing, and generative AI, with a strong focus on producing scalable, brand-consistent creative across multiple channels, formats, markets, and placements.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and produce high-quality static and motion/video assets for websites, landing pages, app stores, in-app experiences, social media, and paid acquisition.

• Create creative assets for lifecycle marketing, growth, and performance campaigns.

• Design performance-driven ads for YouTube, Meta, and TikTok.

• Produce motion and short-form video content for YouTube, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and Instagram Reels.

• Adapt and resize creative across multiple formats, dimensions, placements, markets, and file types.

• Publish and update content in WordPress, including routine maintenance of marketing web properties.

• Incorporate generative AI into the creative workflow for ideation, visual development, image generation/editing, and creative variations.

• Apply strong art direction and visual judgment to refine AI-assisted outputs into polished, production-ready creative.

• Maintain organized source files, prompts, generation records, naming conventions, and version control.

• Present concepts and work in progress to stakeholders, incorporating feedback through final delivery.

• Manage multiple projects and priorities while maintaining a high level of quality, accuracy, and attention to detail.

Qualifications and Job Requirements

• 5+ years of professional graphic design experience.

• Advanced proficiency in Figma.

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.

• Advanced experience with WordPress, HTML/CSS, and web content publishing.

• Professional experience using generative AI creative tools as part of a design/production workflow.

• Experience creating marketing creative for consumer-facing mobile apps, digital products, or subscription-based products.

• Strong understanding of typography, composition, branding, visual systems, and digital campaigns.

• Strong visual judgment with exceptional attention to detail and production quality.

• Ability to work independently in a remote, cross-functional environment.

• Advanced English communication skills.

• Must be based in Latin America (LATAM).

Nice to Have

• Experience with paid acquisition and performance marketing creative.

• Experience creating content specifically for short-form video and social platforms.

• Experience working with mobile app marketing, SaaS, subscription products, or consumer technology.

• Familiarity with additional AI-powered creative, video, or image-generation tools.

• Experience working with design systems and scalable creative templates.

• Understanding of creative performance metrics and how they can inform design decisions.
