Job Summary

The Senior UX Designer will lead UX initiatives from discovery through delivery within a digital agency environment, partnering with clients and cross-functional teams to create intuitive digital experiences. The role involves user research, experience strategy, wireframing, prototyping, and validating solutions while ensuring alignment with client business objectives and user needs. Previous agency experience is required.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct user research and synthesize findings into actionable insights.

  • Analyze client, user, and competitor data to inform design decisions.

  • Define UX strategies aligned with client business objectives and user needs.

  • Design user journeys, information architecture, storyboards, and user flows.

  • Produce wireframes and interactive prototypes for responsive web experiences.

  • Collaborate closely with client stakeholders and internal Product, Strategy, Engineering, and Design teams.

  • Present and defend design decisions to clients, incorporating feedback throughout the design process.

  • Create clear UX documentation to support collaboration and implementation.

  • Support client projects from discovery through launch.

Qualifications and Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of UX/UI design experience.

  • Previous experience working in a digital, creative, or marketing agency.

  • Figma proficiency.

  • Responsive web design experience.

  • User research and research synthesis.

  • Information architecture.

  • Wireframing and interactive prototyping.

  • UX documentation.

  • Strong analytical thinking.

  • Client-facing communication and design presentation skills.

  • A portfolio demonstrating relevant UX work, including projects delivered in an agency setting.

  • A strong online portfolio showcasing UX case studies and design process.

  • Advanced English proficiency (C1–C2) is required.

  • Experience with FigJam and Miro.

  • Adobe Creative Suite.

  • Experience using UserTesting, Optimal Workshop, or PlaybookUX.

  • Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies.

  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

  • Familiarity with accessibility (WCAG) best practices.

  • Experience working in Agile product development environments.
