The listing
Glean is seeking a Talent Sourcer to join our GTM Recruiting team on a six-month contract. In this role, you will support US-focused GTM hiring by identifying, engaging, and assessing qualified candidates in a fast-paced B2B SaaS and AI environment.
This is a remote, work-from-home role dedicated to sourcing talent for US GTM positions. This role is not responsible for global sourcing. The position requires night-shift coverage aligned to US Eastern Time (EST), with working hours from 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM EST.
You Will:
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop targeted sourcing strategies for US GTM positions.
- Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, internal databases, referrals, and other relevant channels.
- Build and maintain diverse, high-quality talent pipelines for US sales, business development, customer success, partnerships, and other GTM roles.
- Conduct initial candidate outreach, resume reviews, and qualification screens while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Track sourcing activity, pipeline progress, and candidate feedback accurately in the applicant tracking system.
- Collaborate with the broader Recruiting team across time zones and support US hiring priorities during EST night-shift hours.
- Stay current on US talent markets, competitor organizations, and relevant B2B SaaS and AI industry trends.
- 2–3 years of experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, or talent acquisition, preferably supporting US GTM or commercial hiring.
- Experience recruiting for or sourcing talent within the B2B SaaS, software, cloud, technology, or AI industry.
- Demonstrated ability to source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, applicant tracking systems, and other recruiting tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage US-based candidates effectively through outreach and screening conversations.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple searches, priorities, and candidate pipelines independently.
- Comfortable working remotely and during night-shift hours from 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM EST to support US GTM hiring.
- Data-driven and results-oriented, with the ability to track activity and work toward sourcing and pipeline goals.
- Collaborative, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
