Use HR tech to monitor progress, spot bottlenecks, and continuously improve the experience based on real feedback.
🛠️ Set People Up for Success
Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure every new hire has the tools, access, and welcome they need—no "figuring it out alone" on your watch.
✨ Create Magic
Design onboarding materials, swag experiences, and touchpoints that make people think, "I made the right choice joining this company."
What You Bring
Must-Haves/Nice-to-Haves: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field; previous onboarding or HR coordination experience; stellar written and verbal communication skills; experience with HRIS platforms (BambooHR, Workday, Gusto, etc.).Organizational superpowers—juggling multiple new hires doesn't faze you. Background in remote team coordination. Genuine enthusiasm for helping people succeed. Creative eye for presentations and materials
