The listing
Ignite IT is seeking a Deputy Administrative Officer to support the CEO and senior leadership team in managing key corporate priorities and improving coordination across the organization.
This role will work across Finance, Human Resources, Contracts, Legal, IT, Security, Compliance, Business Development, and Operations. The position is ideal for a strong business leader who can manage complex initiatives, analyze business issues, improve processes, and help ensure executive priorities are carried through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the CEO on strategic and corporate initiatives.
- Coordinate projects involving multiple business functions.
- Track executive priorities, commitments, and organizational objectives.
- Identify and help resolve cross-functional business issues.
- Assist with corporate planning, policies, procedures, and internal processes.
- Develop executive presentations, reports, analyses, and recommendations.
- Support organizational planning and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead special projects assigned by the CEO.
- Handle sensitive business and personnel matters with discretion.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, technology, finance, management, or related field.
- 7+ years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong business, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with senior executives and functional leaders.
- Strong judgment, discretion, and attention to detail.
Preferred: Experience in federal government contracting, technology, consulting, cybersecurity, or professional services.
