The listing

This role finds the manual, repetitive work inside Booksy’s Customer Success organisation and removes it. Not by writing a recommendation deck and handing it off to someone else, but by building the fix yourself and working alongside our tech and ops teams to ship it.

As a key member of the CS Excellence team, reporting to the CS Global Change Manager, you’ll run a tight feedback loop across our frontline operations. You'll identify where a human is stuck doing work a workflow tool or AI agent could do, and build the automation using Make, Cursor, Gemini, Claude, and Agentforce.

What you'll do:

  • Find the friction: Map current CS processes to pinpoint manual, repetitive, or error-prone tasks.
  • Build the fix: Own automations end-to-end — design, build, test, ship, and monitor usage live.
  • Gatekeep frontline requests: Triage change requests and bug reports for internal tooling, identifying what can be automated versus what needs standard optimization.
  • Scale with Tech & Ops: Partner directly with Booksy’s core Tech and Operations teams when a build needs to scale across our global infrastructure.

Requirements

What you will bring to the table:

  • 3+ years in operations or process automation: You have a track record of shipping working tools, not just drawing process maps.
  • Hands-on automation experience: Proven expertise with tools like Make, Zapier, or n8n.
  • Applied AI experience: Real-world experience building agentic workflows or tool-augmented AI agents (beyond standard prompt chatting).
  • Self-sufficient data skills: Strong SQL skills to write your own queries and extract data without waiting for an analyst.
  • Tooling ecosystem: Direct experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Salesforce Agentforce.
  • Distributed execution: Comfortable operating autonomously in a remote-first, cross-border environment.

Benefits

Perks & Benefits (Spain):

  • Health & Wellness: 100% company-covered medical and dental insurance, access to therapy/psychologist sessions, and a comprehensive wellness platform featuring vouchers for lifestyle brands.
  • Perks & Time Off: Your birthday off plus €50/month to use on Booksy services.
  • Flexible Remuneration: Tax savings available for meal cards, transit, childcare, and training.
  • Work Setup: Remote-first culture with the flexibility to work from anywhere in Spain.
