What You’ll Do
Point of contact for 3PLs
Create ASNs for incoming shipments in the warehouse management system
Manage SKUs in WMS, including creation of new products in the WMS prior to product launches
Monitor all inbound shipments and manage reconciliation of any discrepancies in receipts
Monitor 3PL performance to ensure SLAs are met and create weekly summary reports
Manage projects at 3PLs, including kitting projects and pack-out of B2B shipments
Analyze shipment, order, and inventory data to determine efficiencies
Help document and improve supply chain processes
Manage and assist with key initiatives to drive continuous improvements
What we're looking for:
Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to translate data into insights
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to perform in a challenging and dynamic environment
Proficient in Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel and warehouse management software
Effective communication and organizational skills
Proactive and self-motivated
Proficiency in Spanish language preferred
