What You Will Do
The Learner, Omnichannel Marketing will support the day-to-day operations that help Chomps show up accurately and consistently across retailer websites and digital platforms. Working with the Omnichannel Marketing team, this role will assist with product content syndication, new item setup, content maintenance, audits, reporting, and retailer-specific requirements.
This is a hands-on learning opportunity for someone interested in the operational side of retail and marketing. You will gain exposure to the systems, processes, and cross-functional collaboration behind the digital shelf while helping the team deliver timely, retailer-ready product content as the Chomps portfolio continues to grow.
Responsibilities
- Product Content & Syndication
- Support the setup and maintenance of product content across retailer and content syndication platforms.
- Assist with entering and updating product information, including titles, descriptions, attributes, specifications, and digital assets.
- Help organize product data and supporting documentation to ensure retailer submissions are complete and accurate.
- Digital Shelf Maintenance
- Conduct routine audits of retailer product pages to identify missing, outdated, or inconsistent content. competitive audit.
- Document issues, route follow-ups to the appropriate partners, and help track updates through completion.
- Support content refreshes tied to new items, packaging changes, assortment updates, and retailer requirements.
- Reporting & Organization
- Assist with recurring reporting, trackers, status updates, and project documentation.
- Maintain organized files and reference materials so product information and assets are easy to locate and use.
- Help monitor deadlines and communicate progress, risks, or questions to the Omnichannel Marketing team.
- Cross-Functional Support
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Creative, and other partners to gather information and keep projects moving.
- Participate in team meetings and support follow-up actions across multiple workstreams.
- Contribute ideas that improve recurring workflows, strengthen data accuracy, or make processes more efficient.
- Learning & Development
- Build foundational knowledge of omnichannel marketing, digital shelf management, and retailer support.
- Learn and use new platforms, tools, and processes with guidance from the team.
- Approach feedback with curiosity and apply learnings to future work.
Who You Are
- Currently pursuing a degree in marketing, communications, sales, business, or a related field.
- Interested in retail, e-commerce, product content, digital operations, or the behind-the-scenes work that supports the customer experience.
- Detail-oriented and comfortable working with product information, spreadsheets, trackers, and repeatable processes.
- Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Able to manage multiple action items, ask thoughtful questions, and follow through on commitments.
- Proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn new technologies and processes.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools and exposure to AI tools is preferred.
- Experience with marketing internships, school organization leadership, retail, or sales is a plus.
- Familiarity with content syndication platforms such as Syndigo, RIVIR, or 1WorldSync is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Pay Range Opportunity:
- The pay range for this role is $20 - $25 per hour
- Weekly hours required: 20 - 28 hours
- This is a part-time 6 month temporary, non-exempt position with potential opportunity for extension and/or to turn into full-time opportunity based on business needs
