We are looking for a Business Analytics Manager who will play a critical role in delivering actionable insights, and driving data-driven decision-making across our portfolio. This role requires a strong analytical background combined with excellent communication skills to effectively present complex data insights to our internal team members for the clients they manage.
What You’ll Do
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Lead the development and delivery of comprehensive reports, dashboards, and presentations that provide actionable insights into client performance across Amazon and other marketplaces.
- Tools and Tech: Become the expert in the tools and technology we utilize to serve our clients, to both help our client management teams and to effectively gather repeatable data outputs
- Strategy Development: Collaborate with account managers and other teams to translate data insights into strategic recommendations that enhance client performance and ROI.
- Data Integrity: Have a strong understanding of the data collection processes, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reports and analyses.
- Innovation: Stay updated on the latest tools, technologies, and best practices in data analytics, ensuring the team remains at the forefront of industry developments.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and support for client strategies.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- A proactive, solution-oriented approach to challenges, with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation
- At least 5+ years of experience in data analysis, with a focus on e-commerce, Amazon, or digital marketplace
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience with retail marketing technology offerings, such as Profitero, JungleScout, Helium10 and/or others
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data sets into actionable insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear, concise manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
- Client facing experience, a plus
