As an Oracle SCM Cloud Senior Consultant, you’ll be instrumental in supporting our clients’ transformation journeys and driving business recruits with Oracle technology. You’ll work closely with our diverse, dynamic team to deliver Oracle solutions that align with our clients’ strategic goals.
Responsibilities
Understand customer stakeholder goals and objectives to visualize what success looks like
Help customers align their business with Oracle’s leading industry processes
Contribute to the project plan and provide regular updates
Partner with customers to design and create prototypes on Oracle Cloud (understanding and communicating options and decision rationale)
Configure, document and test Oracle Cloud solutions, recording appropriate Oracle service requests and working them to closure
Support for clients live on Oracle SCM Cloud for break fix, optimization, and on-going business changes (e.g., acquisitions, NPI)
Identify risks, evaluate options, and recommend and execute the remediations to avoid project roadblocks
Coach and lead customer and ArcLight project resources to complete their tasks with quality
Establish personal brand by meeting or exceeding commitments for schedule and quality
Continuously improves ArcLight’s delivery model and assets to provide the most value to customers while increasing project delivery efficiency
Grow skills to encompass a broader understanding of Oracle Cloud, and the sales and delivery processes
Deepen knowledge and skills in software industry trends, our customer’s industry, and the latest Oracle modules and features, and contributes to marketing materials highlight them
Achieve and maintain Oracle Implementation certifications
Qualifications
Must have at least 4 years of implementation experience with Oracle SCM Cloud including Inventory, Procurement, Manufacturing, Warehouse Management, Demand Management, and/or Supply Planning. Experience with Oracle ERP Cloud desirable
Knowledge of procurement, supply chain management, supply chain planning, VCP, S&OP, and/or manufacturing business processes
Functional experience implementing Oracle SCM Cloud with direct customer interactions. Activities you performed included facilitating global design workshops, configuring Oracle Cloud following Oracle best practices, identifying application gaps, completing functional designs, providing Oracle Cloud process guidance and training, test plans and execution, hypercare, and/or post-production optimization
Able to provide overall implementation support with presenting complex ideas in a clear and concise manner, bug fixes, customer support. Communicate process and application trade-offs and recommendations for specific customer requirements and user stories
Ability and desire to work in a creative problem-solving environment with an attention to detail
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Logistics, Management, Information Systems, or related field, or its equivalent
Able to effectively work in a remote model with clients and colleagues
Oracle certifications in Procurement, Supply Chain Execution, Manufacturing and/or Supply Chain Planning. Oracle certifications in Oracle ERP - Financials modules desirable
Work Environment & Travel
Remote-first position for U.S.-based candidates
Ability to travel up to 25% for client on-site needs

This position requires periodic travel to the United States for business meetings, client consultations, and other temporary business activities. Candidates must be legally eligible to travel to the United States for these required business purposes. Compensation & Benefits
Compensation will vary depending on a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience.
The estimated base salary range for this position is USD $100,000 - $150,000
Annual incentive compensation potential of up to 20%, paid in quarterly installments
The total estimated compensation range is USD $120,000 - $180,000
