In This Role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Program Manager to support business operations, strategic initiatives, and program governance within a fast-paced technology environment. In this role, you will own recurring business rhythms, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, maintain critical team resources and knowledge repositories, and help ensure programs operate efficiently and effectively.
The ideal candidate is comfortable working with senior stakeholders, managing multiple priorities, and taking ownership of projects with minimal oversight. This is a highly visible role with the opportunity to improve operational processes, support strategic initiatives, and lead projects from planning through execution.
Responsibilities
- Manage recurring business rhythms, leadership meetings, and operational cadences, including agendas, materials, action items, and follow-up.
- Provide program administration and coordination for strategic initiatives across multiple workstreams.
- Develop and maintain project plans, status reports, risk and issue logs, and other program governance materials.
- Track project dependencies, deliverables, decisions, and action items to ensure accountability and timely execution.
- Build, maintain, and organize team SharePoint sites and other knowledge-management resources.
- Own and continuously improve onboarding documentation, processes, and team resources.
- Maintain team documentation repositories, knowledge bases, and collaboration tools, including OneNote.
- Coordinate management information and reporting to ensure leadership receives timely and accurate updates.
- Support resource planning, forecasting, and tracking as needed across projects and programs.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to identify operational gaps and implement process improvements.
- Coordinate and, where appropriate, lead meetings, forums, and working sessions in support of program objectives.
- Support colleagues with program processes, tools, documentation standards, and knowledge-management practices.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in program management, project management, or a closely related discipline.
- 3+ years of experience supporting business operations, program administration, and/or executive stakeholders.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with SharePoint administration and knowledge management.
- Demonstrated experience managing recurring business rhythms, governance forums, leadership meetings, or operational cadences.
- Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional initiatives, manage dependencies, track action items, and drive accountability.
- Experience developing project plans, status reports, meeting materials, and executive-facing communications.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and changing priorities simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated stakeholder-management capabilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret information and translate it into actionable insights.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of operating independently with minimal oversight.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting senior leadership teams in a large, complex technology or enterprise environment.
- Hands-on experience designing, building, and maintaining SharePoint sites.
- Experience managing OneNote notebooks, team documentation repositories, or centralized knowledge bases.
- Understanding of information architecture, content organization, and content-governance best practices.
- Experience developing or improving onboarding programs and supporting documentation.
- Experience standardizing or automating operational processes to improve team productivity.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and common project/program management tools.
- Experience supporting resource planning, forecasting, budget/spend tracking, or related operational reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities for operational improvement and independently lead solutions through implementation.
Compensation
At Blueprint, we strive to offer competitive pay that reflects the value of our team members. Compensation for this role is influenced by a variety of factors, including skills, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographic market.
For candidates based in Washington State, the anticipated compensation range is $23 to $25 per hr. Please note that we typically do not hire new employees at the top of the posted range. Actual starting pay will be determined based on experience, skills, and internal equity. The final compensation and job title may vary depending on the selected candidate’s qualifications.
