We are looking for a creative and hands-on No-Code Web Designer & Developer who can independently manage the complete process of designing and building high-quality websites, landing pages, and microsites using modern no-code and low-code platforms.
The ideal candidate should have strong capabilities across both web design and web development, with a sharp eye for visual quality, UI/UX, responsive design, typography, interactions, and digital brand presentation. You will be responsible for translating business requirements and creative concepts into polished, functional, and deployment-ready digital experiences.
Requirements
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own the end-to-end design and development of websites, landing pages, and microsites.
- Create wireframes, layouts, visual concepts, and high-fidelity web designs based on project requirements.
- Build responsive websites using Webflow, Framer, Wix Studio, or similar platforms.
- Translate approved designs into polished, functional, and deployment-ready websites.
- Create engaging animations, interactions, transitions, and dynamic web elements where appropriate.
- Ensure websites deliver a consistent and intuitive experience across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
- Apply brand guidelines consistently across web pages and digital touchpoints.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements, gather feedback, and manage revisions efficiently.
- Maintain high standards of visual design, typography, spacing, layout, usability, and overall digital polish.
- Deliver projects within agreed timelines while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
- Take ownership of the pilot microsite/landing page from concept through final deployment.
- Ensure the final website is responsive, functional, visually consistent, and ready for production.
WHAT MAKES YOU A GREAT FIT
- 2+ years of experience in web design, web development, digital design, or a similar role.
- Strong hands-on experience across both web design and web development.
- Proficiency with Webflow, Framer, Wix Studio, or comparable no-code/low-code platforms.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX, responsive web design, visual hierarchy, typography, and layout.
- Ability to independently transform high-fidelity designs and concepts into fully functional websites.
- Strong understanding of professional corporate and enterprise branding and digital brand guidelines.
- Excellent visual design skills with a strong eye for detail, interactions, animations, and overall digital presentation.
- Experience creating websites, landing pages, or microsites with a polished and professional visual standard.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating projects that you have both designed and developed.
- Experience working with B2B, technology, SaaS, enterprise, or corporate brands is an advantage.
- Strong creative thinking and conceptualisation skills, with the ability to contribute ideas and shape digital visual direction.
- Ability to translate business objectives into distinctive, user-friendly, and credible digital experiences.
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership from ideation and design through development and deployment.
- Strong communication, stakeholder-management, organisation, and time-management skills.
