About Archy
Smile! Those teeth you are showing deserve the best care you can give them, yet the status quo of the software your dentist uses today is outdated.
Archy is a Series C vertical SaaS solution revolutionizing the dental practice management space — giving dental providers AI agents and software that lets them do what they do best (be dentists!) while we handle the more technical sides of running their practice business.
Job Description
Archy is seeking a hands-on, strategic Product Manager to own and scale our suite of AI products powering patient communication and scheduling across multiple channels. Today, dental practices lose hours (and revenue) to miscommunication, missed follow-ups, and website visitors who never convert into booked appointments. Archy fixes this: AI agents that fill the schedule, answer questions, chase down lapsed patients, and convert website traffic at any time of day or night.
As the PM for our patient engagement products, you'll own the product vision and roadmap for this product area from the ground up, working in partnership with engineering and design to bring automated and intelligent patient communications to life inside dental practices. You'll also partner closely with sales, customer success, and marketing to make sure Archy moves the needle on practice revenue and patient retention. This is a high-ownership, largely 0-1 role for someone who's excited to define a new product category inside an existing platform.
Job Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Vision: Own the end-to-end product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Archy’s patient engagement products, spanning conversational AI, automated workflows, intelligent campaigns, and simple yet powerful patient- and practice-facing experiences.
Cross-Functional Alignment: Lead engineering, design, and GTM teams with clarity, making decisive trade-offs and aligning stakeholders around a shared execution plan amidst ambiguity.
Customer & Market Discovery: Listen to customers, collaborate with customer-facing teams, and monitor the competitive landscape to translate pain points into product requirements and competitive intel into opportunities.
GTM & Product Rollouts: Collaborate closely with Go-To-Market teams to package, market, and successfully launch new features to prospective and existing practices.
Analytics & Data Excellence: Implement product analytics and clear success metrics to measure feature impact, identify user friction, and drive continuous product iteration.
Compliance & Security: Ensure all capabilities meet strict security, data privacy, and HIPAA requirements for handling sensitive patient data.
AI Integration: Leverage AI tools internally to accelerate product workflows, while continuously evaluating cutting-edge AI capabilities to integrate into the core product.
Technical Communication: Maintain clear PRDs and documentation to effectively communicate roadmap milestones, technical requirements, and trade-offs to leadership.
Job Requirements
4+ Years of Product Management: Background in fast-growing B2B or B2B2C startups, with proven experience building complex software.
Workflow Automation & AI Expertise: Track record of shipping workflow automation, conversational AI, messaging/CRM, or marketing engagement platforms.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Strong ability to lead and align engineering, design, and business partners to move complex features from 0-to-1.
Technical & Analytical Proficiency: Fluent with product analytics platforms and comfortable using modern AI tooling to accelerate research, prototyping, and decision-making.
Compliance & Security Awareness: Working knowledge of regulatory standards (such as HIPAA) for managing sensitive data in a production environment.
Ownership Mindset: Highly adaptable with exceptional communication skills, strong domain curiosity, and a bias toward action in a high-velocity startup environment.
