What you’ll do

We’re looking for a strong Business Analyst specialising in CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) and complex Enterprise Product Catalogues.

You’ll act as the key link between commercial, pricing and technical delivery teams, translating complex pricing structures, product hierarchies, bundling options and discount logic into clear requirements for technical teams.

  • Lead discovery sessions with Product, Sales and Finance teams to understand and document complex pricing rules, product structures and contract requirements.
  • Analyse and map As-Is and To-Be product catalogues, including digital/physical products, bundles, hierarchies and tiered pricing.
  • Translate complex business requirements into user stories and detailed acceptance criteria, including Given/When/Then scenarios.
  • Work closely with developers and technical teams delivering Salesforce CPQ and/or Enterprise Product Catalogue solutions.
  • Partner with QA teams to develop and coordinate complex UAT and test scenarios, ensuring pricing calculations, product rules and constraints work as expected.
  • Act as the bridge between commercial stakeholders and technical delivery teams, ensuring requirements are clearly understood and accurately delivered.

What you’ll bring

  • 3+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst working with complex product and pricing catalogues within enterprise systems.
  • Strong understanding of CPQ, pricing logic, product hierarchies, bundles and discount structures.
  • Experience analysing, configuring or managing Enterprise Product Catalogues.
  • Salesforce CPQ+ and/or Salesforce Enterprise Product Catalogue (EPC) experience is highly desirable.
  • Experience translating complex requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Strong UAT, testing and requirements management experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across commercial, product and technical teams.
  • Experience within Energy, Utilities or Telecoms would be a valuable addition, particularly where complex or regulated pricing structures are involved.
