About the Opportunity
Pragmatike is recruiting on behalf of a global enterprise cybersecurity company building a new generation of products to secure AI agents, LLM-powered applications, and the data they access.
We’re hiring two technical Product Managers to own core areas of this new AI security platform.
You’ll join one of two workstreams:
Cloud Discovery: Build a continuously updated inventory of the AI agents, models, and AI-enabled applications running across customers’ cloud environments, including the data and permissions they can access. This role requires strong knowledge of cloud platforms and cloud security.
AI Security Platform: Own a core area of the platform across gateway, agentic security, forensics, or shared platform capabilities, working closely with engineering, security research, design, and enterprise customers.
Both roles require a PM who has shipped B2B security or infrastructure products, is technically comfortable working with engineering teams, and uses AI tools as part of their daily product workflow.
What You’ll Do
Own the roadmap, requirements, and prioritization for your product area from discovery through launch.
Lead customer discovery with CISOs, security architects, and cloud/AI platform teams, translating customer needs into clear problem statements and PRDs.
Partner with engineering and security research on scope, technical trade-offs, and delivery, and participate in technical design reviews.
Define success metrics and ensure the product measures adoption, coverage, and detection effectiveness.
Work with product marketing, sales engineering, and support on positioning, enablement, and launches.
Track the evolving AI security landscape, including agent frameworks, LLM providers, regulation, and competitors, and translate relevant developments into product strategy.
Use AI tools and agentic workflows to accelerate research, analysis, documentation, and day-to-day product work.
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS, including 2+ years working on security, cloud infrastructure, or developer-facing products.
Proven track record of shipping products used by enterprise security or infrastructure teams, with measurable outcomes.
Strong technical fluency: comfortable reading API specifications, discussing distributed-systems trade-offs, and understanding how LLM applications and AI agents are deployed.
Strong written communication and the ability to produce clear PRDs, decision documents, and executive updates.
Practical, daily use of AI tools and LLM/agentic workflows in your own product work.
Fluent English and comfortable collaborating with distributed teams across time zones.
Strong ownership and the ability to operate independently in a fast-moving environment.
Nice to Have
Product experience in cybersecurity, including DLP, CASB, SIEM, EDR, CSPM/CNAPP, or AI security.
Strong practical knowledge of a major cloud provider, including services, IAM, and inventory/audit APIs.
Engineering background or hands-on scripting experience, particularly Python.
Experience working with AI compliance and regulatory frameworks such as the EU AI Act or NIST AI RMF.
Experience introducing AI-assisted or agentic workflows into product teams.
AI-First Team
AI is a core part of how this team works.
During the interview process, you'll be asked about how you use AI in your own product work, including the tools you rely on, how you validate their output, and where AI has changed your workflow.
We're looking for people who use AI as a force multiplier for research, productivity, problem-solving, and decision-making, not simply as a writing or autocomplete tool.
Why Join
Shape a new product line at the intersection of cybersecurity and agentic AI.
Work directly with engineering, security research, and enterprise customers on emerging security challenges.
Own a significant product area with high visibility and influence.
Help define how enterprises discover, understand, and secure AI systems.
Join a highly technical, distributed team where AI is a core part of daily work.
