Role Summary
You'll own a fast-growing product charter within Motive Financial Products and lead the product-led growth (PLG) initiatives that drive adoption, activation, and utilization across our entire Motive customer base. You'll own the strategy, roadmap, and end-to-end experience - turning first-time users into loyal, recurring users of Motive Financial Products and growing spend across the portfolio.
What You'll Do
- Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution for a core Financial Products charter, end to end - from onboarding and activation through utilization and retention.
- Build and optimize the full conversion funnel, relentlessly improving activation and repeat usage at every stage.
- Lead product-led growth initiatives - in-product education, contextual messaging, notifications, and growth loops that drive adoption and engagement.
- Design and run experiments; use A/B testing and rapid iteration to learn what drives customers to engage and grow spend.
- Build the experiences that turn first-time users into a durable, habitual relationship with Motive.
- Define requirements, metrics, and product documentation; drive cross-functional alignment across Product, Engineering, Design, Analytics, and GTM.
- Partner with finance, risk, and partnerships on the flows and economics behind the product.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of product management experience in a fast-growing B2B and/or B2C company, ideally with 2-3 years in a growth capacity.
- Demonstrated success building and scaling a product from 0 to 1, and/or owning a growth funnel with measurable revenue or engagement impact.
- Data-driven, with strong customer empathy and a bias to action.
- Strong technical fluency and a track record of shipping commercially successful software with engineering.
- Experience with fintech, payments, marketplace, or consumer growth products is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication skills and comfort with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
Creating a diverse and inclusive workplace is one of Motive's core values. We are an equal opportunity employer and welcome people of different backgrounds, experiences, abilities and perspectives.
