About the Role
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Designer / Content Producer to develop engaging, on-brand visual content across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and paid advertising channels.
This role combines video editing, graphic design, and content production. The successful candidate will work from an established content calendar, brand guidelines, templates, and raw footage to produce polished, ready-to-publish assets. They will collaborate closely with the internal Marketing Lead and Paid Media Manager to support both organic and paid campaigns.
This is a 100% remote position.
Responsibilities
Video Editing & Production – Transform raw footage into polished, engaging videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, and paid campaigns.
Graphic Design – Create social media graphics, thumbnails, promotional materials, and campaign assets aligned with brand guidelines.
Content Planning & Delivery – Turn content calendar requirements and creative briefs into completed, ready-to-publish assets on schedule.
Brand Consistency – Maintain a cohesive visual identity across all social media content, videos, graphics, and campaign materials.
Digital Asset Management – Organize creative files, templates, footage, and final deliverables for easy access and future use.
Creative Collaboration – Work with the Marketing Lead and Paid Media Manager to develop content that supports both organic and paid campaigns.
Copywriting Support – Write or refine clear, engaging, and on-brand captions and advertising copy when required.
Competencies and Qualifications
Must-Have
At least two years of experience in graphic design, video editing, or digital content production.
Strong portfolio featuring social media videos, graphics, thumbnails, and campaign assets.
Proficiency in Canva and video-editing or design tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
Experience producing short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Facebook.
Strong understanding of branding, composition, typography, pacing, and visual storytelling.
Ability to follow content calendars, creative briefs, and brand guidelines.
Strong attention to detail and time-management skills.
Nice-to-Have
Copywriting experience for social media posts and campaign assets.
Experience working with education, children’s programs, fitness, recreation, or lifestyle brands.
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite.
Understanding of how creative requirements differ across social media and paid advertising platforms.
