We are seeking a Principal Member of Technical Staff to provide technical leadership across the company's most important engineering challenges.
What You'll Do
Define architecture for complex, high-impact systems.
Lead company-critical engineering initiatives.
Solve novel scalability, reliability, and performance problems.
Establish technical direction across multiple engineering teams.
Influence technology strategy and long-term architecture.
Mentor senior and staff-level engineers.
Drive technical alignment across Product and Engineering.
Turn emerging technical challenges into durable platform capabilities.
What We're Looking For
8+ years of engineering experience.
Exceptional system design and architecture skills.
Deep expertise in distributed systems or infrastructure.
Track record of solving complex technical problems at scale.
Strong technical leadership and communication.
Ability to influence senior stakeholders across the organization.
Nice to Have
AI/ML infrastructure.
Cloud-native architecture.
Kubernetes and distributed compute.
High-growth startup or scale-up experience.
