About the Opportunity

Pragmatike is recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing technology company building critical infrastructure that powers high-volume, real-time business operations across multiple systems and platforms.

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to own product areas from strategy through execution and work closely with Engineering, Design, customers, and leadership.

What You'll Do

  • Own product strategy and roadmap for a defined product area.

  • Translate customer problems into product requirements.

  • Conduct customer discovery and market research.

  • Define product requirements, priorities, and success metrics.

  • Work closely with Engineering and Design through delivery.

  • Analyze product performance and customer feedback.

  • Drive launches and product adoption.

  • Communicate roadmap and product strategy to stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of product management experience.

  • Proven experience owning products from discovery through launch.

  • Strong analytical and communication skills.

  • Technical understanding and ability to work closely with engineers.

  • Strong customer and product intuition.

  • Experience operating in fast-moving environments.

Nice to Have

  • AI/ML or developer products.

  • B2B SaaS.

  • Startup or scale-up experience.

  • Technical product management background.
