The listing
We're looking for a Senior Architectural BIM Coordinator to own model quality and cross-discipline coordination across our luxury hospitality and residential projects. You'll bridge architecture, structural, and MEP teams — catching conflicts early, enforcing BIM standards, and keeping every project on schedule and buildable.
Responsibilities
- Develop, review, and maintain high-quality Revit models across architectural projects.
- Implement and enforce project BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) aligned with ISO 19650.
- Lead multidisciplinary coordination and clash detection using Navisworks Manage.
- Manage project data within the Common Data Environment (Autodesk Construction Cloud), including folder structures, naming conventions, and version control.
- Conduct systematic QA/QC reviews to ensure models are accurate, buildable, and coordinated.
- Oversee creation of Revit families and maintain company templates and libraries.
- Support and train team members on BIM workflows and standards.
- Translate high-end design intent into coordinated, construction-ready BIM deliverables.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
- 5–10 years of experience in architectural design, including low-rise residential/hospitality projects.
- Advanced skills in Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
- Deep technical expertise in BIM coordination and ISO 19650 frameworks.
- Proven experience managing multidisciplinary coordination and clash detection.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies and buildability.
- Professional English, written and spoken.
- Portfolio required, demonstrating high-end architectural/technical work.
Nice to Have
- Experience on ultra-luxury or bespoke architectural projects.
- Exposure to international project standards.
- Dynamo or computational design knowledge.
- Experience with parametric family creation.
- Understanding of sustainability frameworks.
