The listing
We are looking for a Middle Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Talent team and drive strategic hiring that directly shapes the future of the business.
This is a high-ownership recruiting role for someone who is excited to build and improve hiring processes, partner closely with hiring managers, and make decisions based on data. You will help us hire top talent across multiple functions, with a strong emphasis on construction / architecture-related roles (and adjacent areas) as we scale.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end recruitment across LATAM and Europe: intake, sourcing strategy, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and closing.
- Build sourcing strategies beyond standard channels (not only job boards and not only LinkedIn), identifying niche communities, referrals, networks, and market-specific sources.
- Partner with hiring managers as a true advisor: align on role requirements, define assessment criteria, and ensure a transparent, business-friendly hiring process.
- Run recruiting in a data-driven way: monitor funnel conversion, identify bottlenecks, measure source effectiveness, and propose experiments to improve speed and quality.
- Conduct market and talent mapping research for hard-to-hire roles, providing insights on compensation, availability, and competitive landscape.
- Continuously improve recruiting workflows, documentation, and candidate experience as the company scales.
Requirements
- Proven experience in international recruitment (in-house or agency) with ownership of full-cycle hiring.
- Strong English and Spanish communication skills (daily work in English; confident stakeholder management).
- A genuinely data-driven mindset: comfortable tracking funnel metrics and using numbers to guide decisions.
- Strong sourcing capabilities and ability to engage and close senior and hard-to-reach candidates.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-moving environment with multiple stakeholders and priorities.
Nice-to-have:
- Recruiting experience in construction, architecture, design, real estate development, or adjacent domains.
- Engineering education or a strong analytical/technical background that helps you understand complex profiles faster.
- Portuguese fluency.
Benefits
- Remote collaboration.
- International scope: hiring across LATAM and Europe.
- A truly global team (30+ nationalities).
- Growth opportunities within the HR function as we scale.
- The chance to help build a luxury hospitality brand aiming to become #1 worldwide.
