The listing
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Interior FF&E Specialist with advanced Revit expertise to support the technical delivery of luxury hospitality interior projects.
This role focuses on developing, coordinating, and delivering detailed interior documentation from Stage 2 through Stage 5, ensuring design intent is accurately translated into coordinated, buildable, and procurement-ready information.
You will work across high-end hospitality and residential projects, contributing to the production of technically robust interior packages within a BIM-led environment.
Responsibilities
- Produce and coordinate detailed Revit-based interior documentation across all project stages (2–5)
- Develop technical drawing packages including GA plans, layouts, RCPs, elevations, sections, and bespoke joinery details
- Prepare and manage FF&E and OS&E schedules, specifications, and asset registers
- Ensure documentation is suitable for tender, procurement, and construction use
- Coordinate closely with architectural, structural, MEP, and interior design teams within shared BIM environments
- Support technical resolution of materials, finishes, furniture systems, and bespoke interior elements
- Support FF&E/OS&E procurement documentation, sample tracking, and product approvals
- Ensure all solutions meet durability, performance, maintenance, and luxury hospitality standards
- Maintain consistency, accuracy, and quality across all deliverables
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in interior Architecture or similar
- 8-15 years of experience in interior architectural design
- Professional English proficiency, both written and verbal.
- Proven proficiency in Revit (Architectural)
- Experience in hospitality or residential projects (villas, hotels, resorts).
- Solid understanding of materials, structural elements, detailing, and documentation workflows.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
