The listing
At Sidekick, we help people recover faster from persistent injuries. Trusted by Olympic champions and everyday athletes, our products are featured in Men's Health and Running Magazine. With 94% of users finding relief, we aim to be the go-to injury relief brand.
We'll hand you a brief with copy and a rough wireframe. Your job is to turn that into a design that's easy for the customer to process and actually gets them to buy — leaning on your UX/UI experience and your feel for what converts.
What you'll do:
- Take a wireframe + copy and turn it into a beautiful, high-converting landing page
- Use your UX/UI sense and knowledge of what converts to build designs that make the customer's decision easier, not just lay out the copy as-is
- Think for yourself. If a brief says "customer isn't sure this product works for their injury," you should know how to address that visually without being told exactly what to put where
- Work in two steps: first build a mockup (using tools like Figma or Claude Design) and get it approved, then build it live in our landing page builder (Replo)
Requirements
- 5+ years of Digital Design experience
- 3+ years designing for ecommerce/DTC brands
- Good eye for turning copy + wireframe into a design that converts
- Understands customer psychology — design to eliminate doubts and hesitations
- Attention to detail
- Can build in Replo (or similar) and troubleshoot your own technical problems
- CRO knowledge
- Can think for yourself — e.g. take raw customer feedback from a survey and update the landing page to address doubts/hesitations, without being told exactly what to change
Benefits
- Competitive Compensation: $3,000–4,000 USD/month + performance bonus
- Fully remote (work from home)
- Big impact, fast — your work goes live within days and shows up directly in conversion numbers
- Real ownership — you get the brief and the goal, then you decide how to solve it visually.
- Small team, direct access — work straight with the CGO and Creative Director, with fast decisions and no layers
