The listing
We’re looking for a Business Development Manager — someone who understands the casino games market and knows how to turn opportunities into strong B2B partnerships. You’ll drive growth by bringing our games to new operators, aggregators, and markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Find and attract new online casino operators, aggregators, and strategic partners.
- Research markets and GEOs to identify new business opportunities.
- Manage the full BD cycle from prospecting to negotiation and partnership launch.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with operators and aggregators.
- Expand game distribution across new markets and GEOs.
- Negotiate commercial terms and partnership conditions.
- Maintain the CRM and sales pipeline.
- Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Integration teams on new launches.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Partnerships within an iGaming Game Provider / Casino Game Provider.
- Proven experience working with casino games / slots.
- Experience with online casino operators and/or game aggregators.
- Strong understanding of the iGaming ecosystem and B2B game distribution.
- Experience with international markets and GEOs.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and commercial skills.
- Proactive mindset and ownership of the full BD process.
- Fluent or B2 English.
Will be a plus:
- Existing network of casino operators, aggregators, or platforms.
- Understanding of GGR, RevShare, game performance, and commercial models.
- Experience with SiGMA, ICE, SBC or other iGaming events.
