About LumiMeds
LumiMeds is a fast-growing U.S.-based telehealth startup focused on weight management and long-term metabolic health. We are building the next generation of e-commerce and clinical infrastructure from the ground up.
As an early-stage company, we move quickly, operate with limited layers, and expect high ownership from every team member. There is no bureaucracy here — decisions happen fast, priorities evolve, and builders thrive.
We are a remote-first, globally distributed team that values clarity, accountability, and people who take initiative rather than wait for direction.
If you've grown a consumer business from scratch, thrive in ambiguity, and get a thrill out of finding the unlock nobody else saw — this is your seat.
- Own the full growth strategy across digital and offline channels — you set the roadmap and the number you're accountable to.
- Run growth end-to-end: ideation → hypothesis → execution → measurement → iterate. You don't hand things off; you drive them to the finish.
- Build and scale offline growth initiatives — experiential, OOH, guerrilla, events, partnerships, retail, and channels we haven't thought of yet.
- Scale digital acquisition — paid social/search, lifecycle, referral, affiliate, SEO/content — and squeeze efficiency out of every dollar.
- Bring proven playbooks — you've done this before and can point to specific tactics that worked, and why.
- Research relentlessly — find new channels, size opportunities, study competitors, and pressure-test ideas before we spend.
- Negotiate with vendors and partners — you get more for less and structure deals that de-risk our spend.
- Live in the data — instrument everything, measure CAC/LTV/payback obsessively, and kill what doesn't work fast.
- Track record of growing a business — you can show real numbers you were directly responsible for moving.
- Both offline and digital growth experience — you're equally comfortable running a guerrilla campaign and a paid-acquisition dashboard.
- A documented playbook of growth tactics you've run and can run again.
- True growth-hacker DNA — scrappy, resourceful, and biased toward action on a lean budget.
- Data-driven decision-making — you form hypotheses, run clean tests, and follow the numbers.
- End-to-end ownership — you take an idea from napkin to launched, measured, and scaled.
- Strong research and negotiation skills — you find the opportunity and close the deal.
- Bonus: DTC, subscription, telehealth, wellness, or regulated-vertical experience.
- Direct access to the founder and a mandate to move fast.
- A real product with proven demand and outcomes — you're pouring fuel on a fire, not starting one.
- Full ownership of growth, with the budget and autonomy to prove your playbook.
