Location: Austin, TX (hybrid 3 days/week in office required); or Remote in Texas/Denver, CO

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to serve as a driver of demand generation and scalable growth within our go-to-market organization. This role is responsible for developing and managing marketing programs that drive engagement, pipeline growth, and revenue across Togetherwork's portfolio of software products. The Marketing Manager partners closely with Sales, Partnerships, Product Marketing, and Business Development teams to build integrated campaigns, demand generation programs, and go-to-market strategies that scale pipeline and expand market reach.
What you'll do:
GTM Strategy & Demand Generation
- Develop and execute marketing strategies and programs that drive engagement, pipeline growth, and revenue across Togetherwork's portfolio of software products
- Identify and test new channels, tactics, and audiences to find scalable, repeatable ways to generate demand and pipeline
- Build deep understanding of buyer needs, goals, and purchase journeys to ensure programs are relevant, timely, and effective
- Present marketing plans, performance insights, and GTM recommendations to cross-functional leadership
Integrated Campaigns & Execution
- Plan and manage integrated marketing campaigns, including webinars, events, digital marketing, content marketing, and demand generation initiatives
- Own campaign strategy, timelines, and deliverables ensuring programs are executed on schedule
- Develop messaging, campaign assets, and distribution strategies that drive measurable results
- Explore and pilot new demand generation tactics and channels to increase pipeline efficiency and scale
Content & Asset Development
- Create and maintain marketing assets, campaign toolkits, messaging frameworks, and enablement resources
- Work closely with Product Marketing to ensure customer-facing content accurately reflects product positioning and value propositions
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Partnerships, and Business Development to align marketing initiatives with business objectives
- Serve as a connective link between internal teams, ensuring clear communication and consistent execution
- Contribute to planning cycles and joint GTM planning sessions
- Support co-marketing initiatives with strategic partners
Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics across marketing programs, providing insights and recommendations to optimize program effectiveness and ROI
- Maintain accurate records of program plans, campaign performance data, and engagement metrics
- Use data and dashboards to monitor pipeline impact and identify opportunities to improve marketing outcomes
AI-Enabled & Data-Driven Ways of Working
- Leverage approved AI tools and automation to improve marketing efficiency, content production, and research workflows
- Use data, dashboards, and AI-supported insights to monitor program performance and identify opportunities early
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline marketing workflows
What you'll bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 3-5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, demand generation, integrated marketing, or go-to-market execution within a SaaS or technology company
- Proven experience developing and executing successful demand generation programs that drive measurable pipeline and revenue growth
- Strong understanding of multi-channel marketing including content, digital, webinar, and event channels
- Experience managing integrated marketing campaigns from strategy through execution
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate product strategy into clear, compelling customer-facing messaging and campaigns
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data and insights into actionable program improvements
- Takes ownership and drives programs forward without being asked
- Builds trust through consistency, clear communication, and follow-through
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
