The listing
Partner Marketing Manager (German Speaking) will be responsible for developing and executing marketing initiatives that drive growth across our partner ecosystem, with a strong focus on European markets.
In this role, you will work closely with distributors, resellers, and strategic partners to build effective go-to-market plans, increase partner engagement, and generate demand through impactful marketing activities.
Partnering with regional sales teams and global marketing functions, you will adapt global strategies into locally relevant campaigns, manage co-marketing investments, and ensure activities deliver measurable business results.
This role requires a strong understanding of indirect sales channels, the ability to build successful partner relationships, and a data-driven approach to improving campaign performance and marketing ROI across multiple markets.
Salary: GBP 43,500-59,840 annually + Bonus Eligible
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute regional partner marketing strategies that support business growth, demand generation, and partner engagement across Europe and international markets.
- Build annual marketing plans with key distributors, resellers, and strategic partners to drive joint business objectives and increase market presence.
- Work closely with regional sales teams and global marketing functions to align partner activities with go-to-market priorities and overall company strategy.
- Adapt global campaigns and marketing programs into locally relevant initiatives that meet the needs of different markets and partner ecosystems.
- Plan and deliver partner-focused activities, including events, conferences, roadshows, enablement programs, and co-marketing campaigns.
- Strengthen relationships with channel partners by providing marketing support, resources, training materials, and campaign assets to help them succeed.
- Manage MDF and partner marketing investments, ensuring effective budget allocation, governance, and measurable return on investment.
- Track and analyze partner marketing performance, using KPIs and insights to improve campaign effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and demand generation teams to ensure consistent messaging and a seamless partner and customer experience.
- Share learnings, best practices, and successful initiatives across regions to support scalable partner marketing programs.
Job Skills and Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in partner or channel marketing, ideally within a technology, SaaS, education, or B2B environment.
- Strong understanding of partner ecosystems, indirect sales channels, and working with distributors, resellers, or strategic partners.
- Experience developing and executing partner marketing plans, go-to-market initiatives, and co-marketing campaigns across multiple regions.
- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken); additional European languages are a plus.
- Proven ability to manage MDF programs, marketing budgets, and partner investments while measuring performance and ROI.
- Experience delivering successful campaigns across digital, virtual, and in-person channels, including partner events and enablement activities.
- Confident working with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, demand generation, and external partners.
- Experience with CRM, marketing automation, or partner management platforms (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools).
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities across different markets.
- Analytical and results-driven mindset, with the ability to use data and insights to improve marketing performance.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with experience working in international or matrix organizations.
- Proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to challenge existing processes, suggest improvements, and drive new ideas.
