- Develop APJ annual operating plan consisting of headcount plans, sales compensation and commission structure that aligns with company’s strategy and investment priorities.
- Own and manage the APJ Sales Financial performance, including monthly variance analysis, headcount reviews, and operating expense tracking. Deliver accurate P&L forecast and provide insights to inform decision making. Key contributor to APJ Quarterly Business Review.
- Ensure accuracy and drive enhancements in financial reporting capabilities, including KPI tracking, ACV trend analysis, and topline performance metrics. Perform reconciliations and ensure data integrity in all financial reports.

- Build strong partnerships with Sales and Renewal Sales leaders to ensure common goals, consistent KPIs, and joint accountability for regional sales performance.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support pricing strategies, go-to-market planning, and other key business decisions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and elevate the finance function’s strategic value to the business.
- Lead or support global sales finance projects to improve planning, forecasting and operational effectiveness across regions.
What you will bring

- FP&A experience partnering with go-to-market teams—including Field Sales, Channel Sales, and Customer Success—to drive revenue forecasting, performance analysis, and strategic planning.
- Proven track record in FP&A and Sales Finance roles within high-growth or technology-driven companies.
- Deep understanding of key sales processes, commissions, metrics, and tools such as Salesforce, Clari, Adaptive, SAP & Power BI that are used to support sales motions across direct and channel teams.
- Strong track record of cross-functional and cross-regional collaboration, effectively partnering with theatre Sales Finance teams, Worldwide Sales Finance, and Corporate FP&A to drive alignment and consistency in planning and reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage AI and automation to drive efficient analysis and better decision-making.
- Proactive communicator with a highly collaborative working style, skilled in bringing together diverse perspectives to solve complex business challenges.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-paced environments, with the ability to translate financial insights into strategic direction and influence enterprise-level decision-making.
