What do we do?
Paddle offers digital product companies a completely different approach to their payment infrastructure. Instead of assembling and maintaining a complex stack of payments-related apps and services, we're a Merchant of Record for our customers. That means we take away 100% of the pain of payment fragmentation. It's faster, safer, cheaper, and, above all, way better.
We're backed by investors including KKR, FTV Capital, Kindred, Notion, and 83North and serve over 6,000 software sellers in 245 territories globally.
Role Overview
We're looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist to join Paddle's Marketing team, reporting into the Marketing Ops & Programs Lead.
This is a hands-on execution role for someone who thrives in the engine room of marketing. You'll keep our marketing operations running smoothly day-to-day: managing tools, building templates, documenting workflows, and making sure the systems and processes that Marketing relies on are clean, consistent, and easy to use. You'll be the person who makes complexity disappear for the rest of the team.
You'll work across our Martech stack including HubSpot, Notion, Asana, Dreamdata, Dust, and Google Workspace, partnering closely with the wider Marketing team and cross-functional partners in RevOps, Business Ops, Data and Commercial teams.
What You'll Do
Own day-to-day Marketing Operations execution
Run recurring operational workflows including campaign setup, list management, form flows, routing checks, UTM governance, and lifecycle stage hygiene.
Maintain and improve MarOps process documentation, checklists, and operational playbooks so the team always has a clear, up-to-date reference.
Track operational issues, blockers, and follow-ups to ensure they are visible, owned, and resolved promptly.
Support campaign and programme operations from a setup and logistics perspective, ensuring processes are followed consistently.
Build and maintain templates and scalable workflows
Build and own a library of reusable campaign templates, briefing documents, setup checklists, and request forms that teams can self-serve.
Create standardised workflows and intake processes for common marketing operations tasks.
Ensure templates and workflows are well-documented, version-controlled, and easy for non-ops team members to follow.
Identify opportunities to automate or streamline manual, repetitive tasks using AI or native platform automations.
Support the team in adopting and consistently using templates and processes, acting as a go-to resource for operational guidance.
Manage and maintain our Martech stack
Own day-to-day tooling hygiene and administration across the stack: naming conventions, field consistency, list management, campaign tracking, and access processes.
Document tool ownership, core workflows, key integrations, common use cases, and known limitations so the team can operate confidently.
Troubleshoot tool issues, escalate where needed, and coordinate with vendors or internal stakeholders to resolve them.
Support Martech audits, tooling reviews, and onboarding of new platforms when required.
We'd Love to Hear From You If You Have
5+ years of experience in marketing operations, campaign operations, or a similar role in a fast-growing B2B SaaS organisation, with a track record of building and improving operational infrastructure, not just maintaining it.
Hands-on experience administering and optimising Martech tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Asana, Dreamdata, Notion, Dust, or similar platforms, with a clear understanding of how they connect across a GTM motion.
A demonstrated ability to design and implement operational workflows, checklists, and process guides that meaningfully improve team consistency and reduce friction at scale.
A rigorous, systems-thinking approach to tooling hygiene: you set the standard for naming conventions, field consistency, and platform cleanliness and hold the bar over time.
Practical experience with automation and AI tools; you don't just have curiosity, you've already used platforms like Dust or Zapier to eliminate manual work and create leverage for your team.
Strong documentation instincts backed by real output: playbooks, templates, and process guides that teams have actually adopted and relied on.
A collaborative working style that earns trust across Marketing and GTM; you're seen as a proactive operational partner, not a reactive support function.
