We are looking for a Safety Manager to join our growing Operations team! This individual will report to our Senior Manager of Continuous Improvement, and will lead and oversee all safety, health, and workers compensation initiatives across the entire SupplyHouse fulfillment network. This role ensures consistent implementation of safety protocols, regulatory compliance, and injury prevention strategies across all locations. This is a remote position open to individuals who live in, or are open to relocating to, the following states: Arizona, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, and Washington. While this role is fully remote, there is a strong preference for the selected individual to live within reasonable proximity to one of our fulfillment centers in Atlanta, GA; Canal Winchester, OH; Dayton, NJ; Farmers Branch, TX; or Reno, NV.
About 40% of the year, this role will entail traveling to our fulfillment center locations. We reimburse reasonable and necessary travel expenses, and you’re also welcome to work on-site anytime beyond these visits – our doors are always open.

Schedule: While this position generally follows a schedule of Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., the Safety Manager is expected to be reachable outside of standard business hours in the event of a workplace incident or accident requiring support.
Salary: $107,480 – $134,351 per year
Responsibilities:
- Own and implement company-wide safety programs, policies, and training across all fulfillment centers, including oversight of the driver safety program
- Lead regular audits, risk assessments, and corrective action plans to ensure compliance with OSHA and internal safety standards
- Promote a proactive safety culture through education, engagement, and accountability
- Partner with operations and the Product Catalog Team to ensure the proper handling and storage of all ORM-D and hazmat material
- Partner with the Safety Team to identify workplace hazards, assist in root-cause investigations, and recommend corrective actions
- Oversee all aspects of workers compensation including claims handling, reporting, and carrier coordination
- Analyze claim data and trends quarterly to identify risks and opportunities to present to Senior Leadership
- Support case managers and act as an escalation point for complex claims
- Collaborate with insurance brokers and internal stakeholders during renewal cycles
- Ensure fulfillment operations adhere to federal, state, and local safety regulations
