What experiences will help you in this role:
- Native Mandarin speaker with full English fluency — you move seamlessly between languages and cultures, translating not just words but strategy for Mandarin-speaking brands.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Project Management, or Client Services.
- 5–6+ years managing e-commerce clients with net sales exceeding $20 million annually, ideally including brands importing from China — you know how to turn big accounts into bigger wins.
- A track record of thriving in fast-paced, high-stakes environments, confidently engaging everyone from C-level executives to support teams.
- Sharp independent and team leadership skills, creative problem-solving instincts, and standout writing, phone, and presentation abilities — with a relentless focus on delivering results on time, every time.
