Salary: 70,000-100,000
Overview
We’re seeking a hands-on, highly organized Senior Client Service Executive to join Hashtag Health and play an important role in the day-to-day management of our client business.
This is a role for someone who likes to be close to the work—building client relationships, managing projects, keeping teams aligned, and making sure things get done. You’ll work closely with clients and internal partners across Strategy, Creative, Analytics, and Project Management to help bring social-first healthcare campaigns to life.
The ideal candidate is proactive, personable, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced agency environment. You’re someone who takes ownership, anticipates what’s needed, communicates clearly, and isn’t afraid to roll up your sleeves to get the job done.
You’ll have the opportunity to take meaningful ownership of day-to-day client work, develop strong client relationships, and build your strategic, account management, and healthcare agency expertise.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as a key day-to-day contact for clients, building strong relationships and ensuring a responsive, collaborative experience
- Manage daily client communications, including emails, status updates, meeting agendas, recaps, and follow-ups
- Keep projects and deliverables moving from brief through completion, proactively identifying roadblocks and helping teams stay on track
- Partner closely with Strategy, Creative, Analytics, and Project Management to ensure work is aligned to client objectives, timelines, and expectations
- Help prepare and present client materials, including status updates, campaign recommendations, and presentations
- Translate client feedback into clear, actionable direction for internal teams and ensure feedback is appropriately incorporated
- Support the development and execution of social-first healthcare campaigns across branded and unbranded initiatives
- Coordinate MLR review processes and Veeva submissions, ensuring materials are accurate, organized, and moving efficiently through the process
- Support account planning, budgeting, scoping, and financial tracking in partnership with senior account leads
- Help identify opportunities to improve the client experience, strengthen relationships, and support account growth
- Contribute to new business efforts, including research, pitch development, presentations, and strategic storytelling
- Stay current on social platforms, healthcare communications, and relevant trends to help bring fresh thinking to client work
- Help foster a collaborative and accountable team environment where great work gets done
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in an agency environment, ideally within healthcare, pharma, advertising, social, PR, or communications
- Experience supporting client accounts and managing multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholders
- Strong interest in social-first marketing and an understanding of how brands communicate in regulated healthcare environments
- Familiarity with—or eagerness to learn—MLR review and Veeva submission processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a confident, professional, and personable approach
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage timelines, follow-ups, and multiple workstreams simultaneously
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset—you see what needs to be done and take ownership
- Strong team instincts and the ability to collaborate effectively across disciplines
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift and no two days look exactly the same
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and live events
What We’re Looking For
Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who wants to be close to the work and make things happen. You’re energized by solving problems, building relationships, and keeping projects moving. You can get into the details while understanding the bigger picture, and you’re excited to grow your career in social-first healthcare marketing.
You don’t need to have all the answers. You do need to be curious, accountable, collaborative, and willing to take ownership. You’re someone clients enjoy working with, teammates can rely on, and leaders can trust to keep things moving forward.
